The AT&T guarantee officially launched on January 9th, 2025.

Here is what the guarantee covers.

Fiber customers: Any customer who experiences downtime of more than 20 minutes will receive a bill credit equal to one full day of service.
Wireless customers: Those who experience a longer-than-60-minute outage or are affected by 10 or more downed towers will also receive a bill credit.

AT&T claims that you'll be able to speak with a tech expert in under five minutes or schedule a callback for a time that works with you.
They also are touting same-day or next-day technician availability for AT&T fiber customers.
