Heelside Boards Opens in Missoula with Exclusive Montana Gear

Heelside Boards is celebrating its grand opening this Saturday in Missoula. The shop is Montana's exclusive dealer for Ronix Wake products and Cabrinha kitesurfing gear, and that's just the beginning.

Co-owner Scott Elliott grew up spending his summers on Georgetown Lake, so he knows the local waters and the sports that go with them. Along with wakeboards and kitesurfing equipment, Heelside Boards also carries skimmers, surfboards, and, yes, even surfboards for Montana.
Growing Popularity of River Surfing in Missoula
It might sound surprising, but with Brennan's Wave already attracting surfers in Missoula, and plans for a second river wave moving forward, river surfing continues to grow in popularity.
When winter rolls around, the shop shifts gears with snowboards, including Arbor Snowboards, available exclusively in Montana through Heelside Boards.
