Missoula is still buzzing from another successful weekend.

Highlights of the Festival Weekend

From the rave reviews of Trampled by Turtles and The Lumineers to a strong showing from The Chicks and local punk favorites Pest, festival-goers are still talking about some of the standout performances from this year's event.

But organizers aren't taking much time to celebrate.

Looking Ahead: Zootown 2027

Even before the dust has settled at the Missoula Fairgrounds, organizers have already announced plans for next year's festival. The official Zootown website now confirms that the festival will return June 18-19, 2027.

Here's the interesting part:

Tickets for the 2027 Zootown Music Festival go on sale Thursday, June 25, at 10 a.m. as part of the festival's "First Cast" presale.

The catch?

No lineup has been announced yet.

Faith in the Unknown: No Lineup Yet

No headliners. No supporting acts. No hints. No clues.

In announcing the presale, organizers told fans they need "just a little faith, a lot of memories, and another summer weekend in Montana waiting on the horizon." Lineup and ticket details are expected to be announced later.

Secure Your Spot: Limited Ticket Availability

Only a limited number of two-day General Admission tickets will be available during the presale, and once they're gone, they're gone. Fans who want first access will need to purchase before knowing who will take the stage next summer.

It's a strategy that has become increasingly common among major music festivals. Dedicated fans often buy early to secure the lowest prices and guarantee entry before a lineup announcement sends demand soaring.

If the first two years are any indication, organizers have earned a little trust from Montana music fans.

The inaugural festival featured major acts including Hozier, Kacey Musgraves, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit. At the same time, this year's lineup included The Lumineers, The Chicks, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, The Head and the Heart, Tedeschi Trucks Band, and Trampled by Turtles.
