Liberal Montana Supreme Court Candidate Gave $ to Hillary Clinton

Long before she was announced as a candidate for Montana Supreme Court, we had radio listeners in the Flathead criticizing Judge Amy Eddy as a soft on crime liberal judge.

Her campaign contribution track record confirms it. As The Montana Chronicles first reported, Amy Eddy has donated thousands of dollars to far left candidates and causes. She's also been exposed as a donor to Hillary Clinton. (Link to donations below)

The Montana Chronicles: District Court Judge Amy Eddy, who is now running for the Montana Supreme Court, previously donated to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

She also donated to the radical environmentalist "Montana Conservation Voters" Congressional Action Fund.

What a contrast with another Flathead Judge who is running for Montana Supreme Court- Judge Dan Wilson. He is the judge who stood for freedom during the COVID-19 craziness.

Here's what Judge Wilson had to say about his campaign when he announced a run earlier this year.

Judge Dan Wilson: "As a native Montanan and a conservative, I firmly believe Supreme Court Justices must apply the law and the constitution as written to all their rulings.  As your next Montana Supreme Court Justice, I pledge to follow that guiding conservative principle. I will not be beholden to any special interest group’s agenda, and recognize that the court’s role is to interpret the law as written – not create it."

By the way, earlier this month, Wilson's campaign "announced his first quarter fundraising total, raising $113,859 since kicking off his campaign for Montana Supreme Court in April."

Judge Wilson: "The response to my candidacy has been nothing short of overwhelming. At the Supreme Court, we are seeing impartiality and long-standing precedent yielding under the threat of judicial activism. Montanans want a Supreme Court committed to the Constitution for what it says and what it stands for – not molded to fit the agendas of special interests.”

Wilson's campaign noted that during his 2024 campaign, he "raised a total of just over $409,000—meaning he’s already raised over one quarter of all funds raised last cycle."
